We have a dedicated team to deal with all enquires relating to your order should you wish to speak to any of our team regarding your order or any aspect of ordering from us please do not hesitate to contact us.


Our returns policy is that we will accept any product back for a full refund whatever the circumstances. We will accept any unopened product back to us with your details. The amount will be refunded as a credit onto your account. If the item has been ordered in error there is a 20% re-stocking charge

We cannot accept returns that are open or damaged – all returns must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Once the goods are booked back in the amount will be credited back onto your account and the value come off your next order this process can take up to 7 working days.


When will I receive my sweets?

We offer a same day despatch service on all orders placed before 12pm, delivery is usually on a next day basis so if you order Monday before 12pm you will get your sweets on Tuesday. Our delivery company has between 9am -5.30pm to delivery your sweets. We can email your consignment number and you will be able to track your order online using the link on the home page.

Do I pay Delivery?

We offer a Free Delivery service on all order over £175 ex vat to all postcodes on mainland UK, Wales and Scotland.

Do you delivery to Ireland

We deliver Everyday to Northern and Southern Ireland and offer free delivery on orders over £1000 ex vat for smaller order there is a £1 per kilo delivery charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes we will email or send you a text with your consignment number this can be entered into our tracker on the website home page and you can trace your order. If you have done this and there is a problem please contact our office.


Yes, you can change your delivery address at the point when your order is placed, as you proceed through the checkout you will be asked your delivery address, just enter the new details and we will send your sweets to this address.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, Our carrier will require a signature when they deliver.

Do you delivery outside the UK?

Yes, We can deliver all over the world and ship to most countries; we have a specialist export team dedicated to dealing with all overseas order.


You can pay for your order using the following options.

  1. Credit or Debit Card.  NO FEES OR SURCHARGES
  2. BACS OR CHAPS Bank transfer
  3. Cash via your local Post Office (For details contact accounts@willetts-sweets.com)
  4. Account customers via our Direct Debit Facility.
  5. By Cheque (allow 5 days for clearance)

Why Willetts Sweets

We are a family business established in 1927 and are still making old fashioned traditional boiled sweets, the type sold in jars. We manufacture over 100 types of sweets. We are based in Chesterfield Derbyshire which is also famous for its Crooked Spire.
